Instructions for Performing Roll Call Searches

To search the Roll Call by a person’s last name, simply enter in the last name in its field and press “Search” at the bottom of the form. You will see either the person’s name as a link to their profile or a “No Records Were Found!” message if no profile exists.

To perform searches using the other criteria on the search page, simply check off one or more of the boxes or fill in the approximate date range you are interested in and then hit the “Search” button to view your results. For example, to generate a list of disaster volunteers in the Roll Call, simply check both the “Volunteer” box and the “Disaster” box, and then click on the “Search” button for the list of names.

The Roll Call does not contain the names of everyone who ever served in the Red Cross. Only those who have enrolled themselves with a donation to the American Red Cross Museum or have had a sponsor honor their service appear in this database. These donations provide vital support for the educational programs of the American Red Cross Museum.
